EB1AGenius is an educational self-assessment tool. Evaluations in this app are stored in your browser (localStorage) on this device. We do not sell your documents or profile data.

If you paste resume or exhibit text, that content is sent to a server-side analysis function only when you click “Run analysis” or “Generate draft.” Analysis uses the app owner’s configured language model when available, otherwise an offline heuristic engine that never leaves your browser session’s request.

Strategy-call requests are stored locally in this preview. Do not submit sensitive immigration documents you are not comfortable processing in a browser-based tool.
